You agree that MFA shall not be responsible or liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Product. No compensation will be payable to you as a result of any such modification, suspension or discontinuance.
Subscriber information is collected, processed and used by MFA in the course of providing the MFA Product. Subscriber information will remain completely confidential. Furthermore, MFA will not sell or otherwise distribute subscriber information to any company or person that does not work for MFA.
